Appearance: A girl who always wears the cutest and oddest outfits. Most of it though is costumes she designed for contest! She'll normally wear her hair up in a side pony tail or down. Bright pink eyes that always seem to sparkle. Some sort of accessories are almost a must.
Archetype: Genki girl
Personality: Enthusiastic and friendly is the best way to describe her. She's always looking for inspiration around her in the world and in pokemon. She's a lover of pokemon contests and will bring out the strongest of her of her happiness when she gets the chance to talk about them.
Background/History: Noah is a resident who's recently moved into the Sinjoh region. Originally she hails from Kalos and Lumiose City. Her father is a well known contest star who's entered and won numerous competitions with her mother as the coordinator for them. Practically traveling the world with their daughter they finally decided to settle down when her father received an injury during his last competition. The family had then decided now would be a good chance to retire and found a place where in hopes fame wouldn't catch up with them and Noah could grow up without having to travel so much. Noah gladly welcomed the move as traveling around made little chance to keep long term friends.
Pokemon: The sort of pokemon that gravitate towards Noah are those that look different from the rest. Ones they can bask in her happy personality. For her she treats pokemon as royalty. Calling them princes or princesses she thinks that no matter how they look that they'll always grow up to be great. She sees these pokemon as inspiration for her contests.
